This is a residential (Class 1 | Cat 1) hail loss. The wind driven hail blew in sideways with such force it also damaged the siding. As a natural extension of the mitigation phase, the roof and the siding had to be tarped prior to the repair phase. These activities required one 45' ladder and one ladder jack assembly. This Insight Sheet exists to clarify how one might invoice for the ladder and ladder jack activities. This does not seek to include or make concessions for all equipment and/or activities as it relates to a loss of this nature.
