Miscellaneous changes for the April 2021 price lists
In Georgia, postal codes 30132, 30141, and 30157 were re-mapped from the Rome, GA (GARO) price list to the Atlanta, GA (GAAT) price list.
Fringe Benefits were updated in the Labor Burden portion of the hourly labor rates for all USA pricelist areas.
The descriptions and assumptions in the labor supporting events for demolition in the New Construction labor efficiency have been adjusted from 30 minutes to 60 minutes of drive time.
