Structural price list items added for the April 2023 price lists
1. ELEBFCRS Bathroom ventilation fan cover - Detach & reset (+) Included: On-site storage and labor.
Excluded: Any additional materials or hardware.
Notes: Labor cost to disconnect and detach a bathroom vent/fan cover and reinstall at a later time. The labor trade associated with this item is a general laborer. Estimators may wish to modify the labor trade, if needed, to match the trade doing the work.
2. HMRBARRF Containment Barrier - air filter (+) Included: Air filter, tape, and labor to install into polyethylene temporary barrier-wall systems.
Notes: The labor type used in this item is a hazardous materials remediation technician, who typically performs work relating to hazardous materials, which may include asbestos, lead, mold, etc.
3. HVCBVCRS Bathroom ventilation fan cover - Detach & reset (+) Included: On-site storage and labor.
Excluded: Any additional materials or hardware.

4. MASBRKJ Join new brick to existing brick - per LF (+) Included: Additional installation labor that would be required when brick is being replaced against existing brick (i.e., toothing in).
Notes: This item is intended to be used for situations where new brick will be joined with existing brick. This item is calculated per lineal foot where the new brick joins with the existing brick. For example, if repairing a 4' x 5' area being replaced with brick, this item is intended to be applied to the 18 LF of the surrounded area, or if this same area was being repaired from the foundation up, being applied to 13 LF (excluding the 5 LF of the foundation side). The price published for this item is based on a limited amount of available market data. Ultimately, the estimator and/or parties involved will need to determine when it is appropriate to use this item and if the pricing for this item works for the scenario they are estimating.
5. PLMSLABLF Open and close slab for plumbing work - per LF (+) Included: Concrete saw and diamond blade equipment costs, concrete bag mix, jack hammer equipment cost, and labor for 2' wide trench.
Excluded: Material and labor to repair plumbing leak.
Notes: Material and labor cost to open a concrete slab and to repair concrete slab, including related excavation, debris removal and backfill per lineal foot. This type of work may vary from region to region and pricing can vary greatly depending on soil type, density, depth of trench, etc.; subsequently, Verisk recommends that estimators verify their pricing through competitive bids with local trade contractors and adjust prices accordingly.
6. WTRBARRF Containment Barrier - air filter (+) Included: Air filter, tape, and labor to install into polyethylene temporary barrier-wall systems.
