Structural price list items added for the April 2024 price lists
1. ELSCCTVC-	CCTV camera & brackets	(+) ......................... (-)	Included: Surveillance camera and installation labor. Quality: Residential or light commercial. Notes: Material and labor cost to add an additional surveillance camera to a light commercial/residential surveillance system. Surveillance materials and installation costs can vary greatly; Verisk recommends that estimators verify their pricing through competitive bids with local trade contractors and adjust prices accordingly. .......................................................................................................................................................................................................... 3. FCWLACE	Add for lacing/weaving hardwood flooring - per LF	(+)	Included: Additional labor required when new hardwood flooring material is being laced/weaved into existing hardwood flooring. Excluded: Flooring, spacers, transition strips, sanding/finishing. Notes: Item is priced per LF of width being laced/woven in (i.e., not LF of each board length etc.). For example, if lacing in a doorway opening that is 3' across, with multiple lengths of wood pieces, the quantity entered would be 3 LF. The cost to lace/weave together old and new flooring can vary greatly due to factors such as the type, age, size of the flooring; the total LF; the contractor doing the install and their pricing structure; etc. As such, estimators may need to review costs for their particular job and make adjustments when needed.

Miscellaneous changes made for the April 2024 price lists
The fringe benefit portion of the retail labor rates was updated in the United States.
Sales tax jurisdictions were updated in relation to a few tax-exempt contents general quote replacement items in Connecticut, Louisiana, Puerto Rico, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Missouri.
Sales tax jurisdictions were updated in relation to sales tax on food in Puerto Rico and Missouri.
