Upcoming Major Additions / Modifications for next month’s 2026 Publication
1: Review labor yields of items for cleaning televisions.
2: Review yields for ductless HVC items.
3: Add item(s) for diluted lockdown treatment to encapsulate asbestos fibers after removing asbestos-containing materials.
4: Add item(s) for dimple underlayment for flooring applications.
5: Add additional item(s) for cabinetry with shoring in the CAB category.
6: Add items for vinyl window and siding restoration bids.
7: Add new RFG 300- standard grade laminated shingle item, including corresponding series of items and incorporate major brands and product series into the laminated shingle definitions. Examples include GAF Timberline NS, IKO Cambridge, Owens Corning Oakridge, Tamko Heritage, and similar products.
8: Incorporate major brands and product series into the laminated shingle definitions for the RFG 300 series of items. Examples include CertainTeed Landmark, GAF Timberline HDZ, IKO Dynasty, Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration, and similar products.

Miscellaneous Changes Made for the April 2026 Price Lists
Updated Fringe Benefits in the Labor Burden portion of the hourly labor rates for USA pricelist areas.
Updated California mattress recycling fee from $16 to $18 for single mattresses and from $32 to $36 for mattress sets.
