Notes: This item is intended to be used for repair purposes and as an additional line item in situations where there is an excessive amount of window returns within a specific job. Assumptions are included for a basic finish or a non-complex smooth wall finish or a light machine texture for both the specific area of drywall being replaced and the required blending to match the existing drywall. If additional texture is needed to blend beyond the area being replaced and initial feathering, or if more heavy or complex texturing is being used over the entire surface, etc., then additional line items or adjustments may be needed to compensate.

Changes to Connecticut sales tax jurisdictions: Due to recent conversations with the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services, the following jurisdictions were updated in regards to hazardous waste materials (HMR category): 6.35% Contentds Only, 6.35% Fire Wtr Wind, 6.35% New Constr, 6.35% Res Repr/Remod.
Miscellaneous changes made for the August 2022 price lists
Remapped postal codes 81642 and 81656 from the Grand Junction, CO (COGJ) price list area to the Resort, CO (CORE) price list area.
Fuel cost increases were included in the Retail Labor Rates for the August 2022 publication based on the national average increase of fuel between May 23, 2022 and June 13, 2022. Retail Labor Rates for the USA were increased a minimum of $0.40 per hour and in Canada a minimum of $0.28 per hour.
