Assumptions are included for a basic finish or a non-complex smooth wall finish or a light machine texture for both the specific area of drywall being replaced and the required blending to match the existing drywall. Remapped postal codes 81642 and 81656 from the Grand Junction, CO (COGJ) price list area to the Resort, CO (CORE) price list area.
Fuel cost increases were included in the Retail Labor Rates for the August 2022 publication based on the national average increase of fuel between May 23, 2022 and June 13, 2022. Retail Labor Rates for the USA were increased a minimum of $0.40 per hour and in Canada a minimum of $0.28 per hour.
