Structural price list items added for the August 2025 price lists
1. DRYBARR Dust control barrier per square foot (+) • Included: Plastic sheeting, tape, and labor to install and remove a dust barrier.
• Notes: Use this item to seal off corridors, doorways, windows, etc. for dust control. When estimating, figure square foot of surface area covered. If peel & seal zippers are needed see items DRY BARRZ*. The labor type used in this item is a drywall installer/finisher.
2. DRYBARRP Dust control barrier - tension post (per day) (+) • Included: Daily equipment charge for a tension rod/post used in temporary barrier-wall systems.
• Notes: Use this item to create airlocks, or multi-chambered decontamination rooms, or to seal off corridors, reduce the spread of dust, noise, odor, water, etc.
3. DRYBARRZ Peel & seal zipper (+) • Included: Peel & seal zipper and installation labor.
• Notes: The labor type used in this item is a drywall installer/finisher.
