Structural price list items added for the December 2023 price lists
1. HMREQ	Equipment setup, take down, and monitoring (hourly charge)	(+)	Included: Hourly labor to travel to job-site to deliver, setup, inspect, move and adjust, monitor, take moisture readings, etc. and/or take down & remove equipment. Excluded: Equipment charges. Notes: The labor type used in this item is a hazardous materials remediation technician, who typically performs work relating to hazardous materials, which may include asbestos, lead, mold, etc.
2. HMREQA	Equip. setup, take down & monitoring - after hrs	(+)	Included: Rubber-tired backhoe loader. Excluded: Equipment operator. Notes: Monthly charge for equipment.
3. RFGVENTSP	Roof vent - solar power - up to 25 watt	(+) ......................... (-)	Included: Solar powered roof vent and installation labor. Quality: Up to 25 watt. Notes: Vent is installed as roofing is applied. Upcoming Time and Material Module
Once the new module is complete and Xactimate is updated specific line items created will become exclusive to the Time and Material Module. If these items are used outside of the Time and Material Module, estimators will need to validate if their estimate already accounts for these supplies or materials in existing item assemblies/assumptions.
