Structural price list items added for the December 2025 price lists
1. ELEVENDOR Electrical Vendor Report/Assessment (Bid Item) (+) • Notes: Electrical assessment following a lightning strike, weather event, fire, etc. Bid Item.
2. FEEMOLD Mold test fee - full service survey - base fee (+) • Included: Laboratory full service base charge.
• Excluded: Sample charges (see FEE MOLDPS). Mold removal/remediation.
• Notes: This item is for an independent third-party company/laboratory base fee for a full-service mold test to travel to home, inspect, take samples, analyze, and report findings, and should be used in conjunction with item FEE MOLDPS for the quantity of samples taken. This item is not intended to be used when mold can be confirmed by visible means or when a self-test is being performed. Price for base fee may be affected by factors such as type of testing, price structure of the company performing the work, local ordinances, etc. As the pricing for full-service mold testing can have a potentially broad range, the estimator should review costs and make adjustments as necessary.

• Excluded: Mold removal/remediation.

8. HVCVENDOR HVAC Vendor Report/Assessment (Bid Item) (+) • Notes: HVAC assessment following a water, fire, or mold event. Bid Item.
9. SFGWRAPCF- Wrap semi-custom fascia with aluminum (PER LF) (+) (-) (+)
• Included: Aluminum coil material, nails, and installation labor.
• Notes: Item is used to wrap semi-custom/non standard fascia. This may include irregular fascia sizes, moderate amount of bends, seamless, and/or semi-custom (non standard L-shaped) profiles. Generally, a contractor will have and use standard ladders, jacks, and plank scaffolding as part of their normal equipment toolset, and as such, the labor yield assumption addresses the average time necessary for normal one or two story applications, including the set up and use of this equipment as needed, where the ladder scaffold platform does not exceed 20'. If additional labor is required, use item SFG LAB. The main material component for this item includes an assumed waste factor of 10%.

• Excluded: Set-up, take down, and monitoring. Use WTREQ for set-up, take down, and/or monitoring, if needed.
• Notes: This equipment is intended for use with some floor/wall drying systems when drying in a negative mode, to protect the drying unit from ingesting bulk water through the unit. This type of equipment may not be available or used in every market or with every floor/wall drying system. As such, the pricing for this item may be based on limited pricing information. Verisk recommends comparing published pricing with local costs and making adjustments if necessary.
