Notes: This item is intended for removal of extremely wet, non-salvageable, and/or contaminated oversized (6"" or taller) or multi-member baseboards that need to be bagged and discarded in a job-site waste receptacle. The labor type used in this item is a hazardous materials remediation technician, who typically performs work relating to hazardous materials, which may include asbestos, lead, mold, etc.

Miscellaneous changes made for the February 2024 price lists
For Canadian pricelists, several sales tax jurisdictions were updated in relation to contents general quote replacement items and updated Canadian holiday rates in Labor Burden of retail labor rates.
For United States pricelists, several sales tax jurisdictions were updated in relation to contents general quote replacement items.
For Idaho pricelists, sales tax jurisdictions were updated in relation to taxable storage/rental items.
For Indiana pricelists, sales tax jurisdiction was updated in relation to some tax-exempt contents general quote replacement items.
For Ohio pricelists, sales tax jurisdictions were updated in relation to some tax-exempt contents general quote replacement items.

Possible future changes and/or additions under review for upcoming price list publications

Upcoming Time and Material Module
Once the new module is complete and Xactimate is updated specific line items created will become exclusive to the Time and Material Module. If these items are used outside of the Time and Material Module, estimators will need to validate if their estimate already accounts for these supplies or materials in existing item assemblies/assumptions.
