Miscellaneous changes for the January 2020 price lists

• Changes to Pennsylvania sales tax standard jurisdictions (e.g. “6%", “7%", etc.): Due to recent conversations with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, Xactimate added an additional Job Type (“CDC Total Tax") to the standard sales tax jurisdictions (e.g. “6%" etc.). This gives users the ability to include a total tax on line items for some services in the Garment & Soft Goods Cleaning (CDC) category. If a user determines that dry cleaning or laundering items are taxable, they can select the “CDC Total Tax" job type for each appropriate line item in estimates in a “standard" jurisdiction (e.g. “6%" etc.). 
• Updated Worker Wage in all areas as applicable.
