Miscellaneous changes made for the January 2026 price lists
- Modified the Restoration/Remodel Labor Efficiency supporting events for CLN-LAB (from 20.833% to 25.000%), CLNT-LAB (from 26.042% to 30.208%), CON-LAB (from 17.708% to 25.000%), and for DMO-related New Construction Labor Efficiency supporting events from 39.583% to 16.667%. Modified any associated component yields in the applicable item assembly, as necessary.
- For Florida sales tax jurisdictions: Modified applicable sales tax jurisdictions to exempt various fire prevention items due to new legislation effective in January.
- For Illinois sales tax jurisdictions: Modified sales tax jurisdictions regarding food goods items.
- Pricelist Fees for Rhode Island: Rhode Island’s Mattress Recycling Fee increased from $20.50 to $22.50 per mattress and $41.00 to $45.00 per mattress set.
