Structural price list items added for the June 2024 price lists
1. FEEELODGE Lodging expense (Bid Item) (+) Notes: Intended for use in the atypical event that living accommodations must be arranged for a service provider working outside of their normal geographical service area. Including this bid item in an estimate should only be considered when deemed necessary as a per diem expense. Ultimately, it is up the estimator and parties involved to determine if this is necessary.
2. Mobilization may include assembling necessary resources, tools, equipment, workforce, transportation, etc. Including this bid item in an estimate should only be considered when necessary/warranted. Ultimately, it is up the estimator and parties involved to determine if this is necessary.
4. INSFWD< Window & door foam insulation, 3-11 SF (+) Included: Urethane foam sealant and installation labor.
Quality: For sealing around a 3 to 11 SF window or door opening.

Quality: For sealing around a 12 to 23 SF window or door opening.

Quality: Two coat application to achieve 15 to 24 mil thickness.
Notes: Used as a waterproofing base for tile showers.
