1: Add item(s) in WTR category for tearing out acoustical ceiling with no bagging.
2: Clarify the definition in de-icing cable items (SFG DICE*) regarding how the quantity is intended to be figured.
3: Add item(s) for furnace accessories.
4: Add item(s) in FRM category for dimple underlayment.
5: Add item(s) for an intersystem bonding bridge.
6: Add item(s) for guy wires (meter mast, antennas, etc.).
7: Add item for detach & reset of weather vane.
Structural price list items added for the June 2026 price lists
1: PNTFENSR Seal & paint - split rail fence/gate (+) (+)
Included: Primer, paint, thinner, and labor.
Quality: Oil based or water-oil hybrid paint and sealer. Up to 4 rail fence.
Notes: Includes painting gate. Where applicable, paint material prices are surveyed inclusive of state-mandated fees for stewardship assessment and recycling programs. Item is intended to cover the linear footage of the fence unit being painted. If both sides of the fence are being painted, the estimator would enter the linear footage for both sides of the fence.

Included: Labor cost to remove additional layer of non-salvageable vinyl and to discard in a job-site waste receptacle.
