1: CABLIGHTR Add for prefinished light rail molding per LF (+) (+)
Included: Light rail molding, finish nails, and installation labor.
Quality: Pre-finished light rail molding.
Notes: Additional material and labor to install light rail molding around cabinetry. This item should be used to add light rail molding to the cabinets only.
2: CABRESTC Cabinet - carcass only (+) (+)
Included: Material and labor to build and install new cabinet carcass (sides, back, shelves).
Excluded: Detaching/removal of cabinets.
Quality: Sides, deck, back, and shelves. Plywood, MDF, or other products fall within a similar price range due to the labor-heavy proportion of this item. Item can be used for upper or lower cabinets.
Notes: This item is intended to be used when joining new/salvaged cabinetry to existing cabinetry. When end panels, toe kicks, hinges, drawer slides, drawer boxes, face frames, door/drawer panels, etc. are not able to be restored/salvaged, estimators may consider using the available accessory cabinet items in conjunction with this item to account for the additional warranted items. Due to the large variance in costs when replacing/restoring cabinets, estimators are encouraged to verify costs through local contractors and estimates.
