Notes: This item is intended for use as a reset only; detaching of the medicine cabinet unit has previously been performed by another company.
2. DRY1/4- 1/4" drywall - hung, taped, ready for texture (+)

Quality: 1/4"" drywall, taped and floated, ready for a final texture (blown acoustic or stipple texture, etc.). This item is not intended to produce a surface that is ready for final paint.
Notes: This item will include the following steps: tape coat, 1st coat, and 2nd coat sufficient to prep for an additional finish that needs to be applied such as heavy hand texture or sprayed acoustic. Drywall material components are surveyed as a typical house-stocked price (as opposed to in-store shelf price). Consideration may be needed for delivery outside of a normal service area, small quantities, store pick up, or special circumstances resulting in higher delivery/transportation costs. Quality: 1/4"" drywall hung, taped, and floated to produce a finish that is ready for paint. For complete skim-coat smooth-surface texture, see item DRY 1/4++. This item is intended to account for the type of finish which is the most common, simple finish in each market. Simple and common finishes can vary between regions between a smooth taped finish, a simple hand, and/or a simple spray texture. This item is intended to account for any of these situations. Simple and common finish of drywall includes the following finish process: tape coat, 1st coat, 2nd coat, and a final prep for a paint finish. The final step may be sanding and touch-up, or hand-applied or sprayed-on (orange peel) texture.
Notes: Drywall material components are surveyed as a typical house-stocked price (as opposed to in-store shelf price). Upcoming Time and Material Module
The following items were added to the price list as part of a new Time and Material Module that will be available in Xactimate in the near future. Once the new module is complete and Xactimate is updated these line items will become exclusive to the Time and Material Module. If these items are used outside of the Time and Material Module, estimators will need to validate if their estimate already accounts for these supplies or materials in existing item assemblies/assumptions.
