Structural price list items added for the September 2024 price lists
1. DMOFHEPA Add for HEPA filter (for negative air exhaust fan) (-) • Included: HEPA filter and installation labor.
• Quality: 99.97% @ .3 micron size, activated carbon.
• Notes: To be used with DMO NAFAN and DMO NAFAN>, if required.
2. DMOFHEPA> Add for HEPA filter (for neg. air machine/vacuum - Large) (-) • Included: HEPA filter and installation labor.
• Quality: 99.97% @ .3 micron size, activated carbon.
• Notes: To be used only with DMO NAFAN>>, if required.
3. DMONAFAN Negative air fan/Air scrubber (24 hr period) - No monit. (-) • Included: Equipment for 24 hour ""run time,"" 1st stage filter, 2nd stage filter (if applicable), 8"" flex exhaust hose attachment.
• Excluded: HEPA filter (DMO FHEPA), and setup, take down, and monitoring.
• Quality: Up to 699 CFM, 99.97% efficient.
• Notes: Some equipment models may have a 2nd stage filter separate from the HEPA or carbon vapor filter. This type of 2nd stage filter is included in the equipment cost of the line item. While some equipment models may include carbon vapor filters as part of the standard filtration setup (i.e., not optional, which could be included in the equipment cost of the item), the majority of scenarios/equipment models will not include assumptions for these types of filters.

• Notes: The surface is treated to kill harmful bacteria and/or prevent mildew. This item is for applying a plant-based or equal environmentally-safe alternative to chemical-based anti-microbials. The labor type used in this item is a trauma/crime scene cleaning technician.
18. TCRLEAD Lead test fee - full service lead survey - base fee (+) • Included: Laboratory full service base charge.
• Excluded: Sample charges (see item TCR LEADPS). Any lead-based material removal/remediation.
• Notes: This item is for a lead testing company/laboratory's base fee for a full service lead survey to travel to home, inspect, take samples, analyze, and report findings, and should be used in conjunction with item TCR LEADPS for the quantity of samples taken. Price for test may be affected by factors such as type of materials tested, number of test samples taken, company doing the work, etc. Estimators should review testing costs and may need to adjust pricing as necessary. Use TCR LEAD or TCR LEADS, but not both.
19. TCRLEADPS Lead test fee - full service survey (per sample) (+) • Included: Laboratory full service additional per sample fee.
• Excluded: Any lead-based material removal/remediation.
• Notes: Per sample fee by a testing company, added to the base fee (TCR LEAD). Price for sample may be affected by factors such as type of materials tested, number of samples taken, price structure of the company performing the work, local ordinances, etc. This item should be used in conjunction with item TCR LEAD and is not intended for a self test.
20. TCRLEADS Lead test fee - self test (per sample) (+) • Included: Laboratory analysis fee and labor for lead-certified contractor to take and send sample to local testing lab.
• Excluded: Containment barriers, HEPA cleaning. Any lead-based material removal/remediation.
• Notes: Price for test may be affected by factors such as turnaround time, type of material tested, type of report generated, etc. Estimators should review testing costs and may need to adjust pricing as necessary. Use TCR LEAD or TCR LEADS if needed, but not both. The labor type used in this item is a trauma/crime scene cleaning technician.
21. TCRLEADSS Lead test - chemical solution - self test (per sample) (+) • Included: Testing kit for lead and labor for lead-certified contractor to prepare sample, perform lead test, fill out related paperwork, and review results.
• Excluded: Containment barriers, HEPA cleaning. Any lead-based material removal/remediation.
• Quality: Lead testing solution kit approved for use on drywall, plaster, wood, and ferrous metal surfaces.
• Notes: This item is for a simple lead test (no lab analysis etc.). Priced per individual test. The labor type used in this item is a trauma/crime scene cleaning technician.
