WRITTEN EXPLANATION: Go to Item # - In the top right of your Xactimate project, there is a box that says "Go to Item #". Put in the # of the line item you are looking for and it will take you right there. Sort by Trade - Right click a line item. The second option from the top will be Sort by - select Category or another selection of your choosing. Mark Room Containing Line Item - Right click the line item you are looking for. The third option from the top will be "Mark rooms containing this line item".
